Today: Bring one of the cats to the vet, mow the lawn, then pick my daughter up from school 30 min early and head out to dance recital dress rehersal from 3pm-10pm. And hopefully manage to get my next chemistry lecture on carbohydrates, written in between all that! LOL

Daughter has a psych appointment in a couple hours. The doc has accepted a position in another state so this may be the last one with him. Will find out today I guess.

Today I'm gonna drag my ass to the grocery store and contemplate calling in sick from work tonight--stomach bug going around, and I can feel it settling in for a devastating deluge of Lord only knows what end. . .. . .in between all that, I'll also attempt to write my next chemistry lecture on everyone's favorite topic of acid/base balance in the body---funny, because if I start puking or having the Hershey-squirts, I can use myself as a case study of what happens when you throw off your pH by losing more fluids than you should! Double-win!
