    What's your opinion of minimum security prisons (aka Tennis prisons?) Do you think that it is right that wealthy, white collar criminals get to serve out their sentence there instead of at a real prison?

    I think they're appropriate for some non-violent offenders but they should be "class-less". Was it the Matt Taibbi segment during last Friday's Real Time when it was said (and I'm paraphrasing here) that if just one of the executives responsible for the financial meltdown was sent to ass fuck prison, there wouldn't be a problem on Wall St.?

    Yeah, put all the non violent people busted for using drugs in the minimum security, and move all the Uncle Moneybags who think their $$$ can get them better treatment...in with Bubba!

    I can support the idea of a minimum security prisons for non-violent convictions, but I don't like the idea of people who're Martha Stewart wealthy being able to go to a prison "retreat", where the most offputting thing about it is that they have to make their own bed.

    co-signs what is it they call those places? Club Fed or something like that? They should do their time just like everyone else in a place just like everyone else.
