    I LOVE this movie, it's not one that I could watch over and over and over and over like I do some of them, but I love it and anytime it comes on TV I try and catch it. I just LOVE the children in this, they did a superb job in their acting, especially Scout.

    Anybody else seen it?

    Chris, IMHO I think the movie was the rare exception that was as faithful to the book as was possible. I would recommend that you watch it this weekend if not sooner. Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch is one of my favorite characters of all time. A bit of trivia for you when you do get to see it (and you will…don’t make me drive to Michigan!). The little boy Dill is based on Harper Lee’s childhood friend Truman Capote.

    As for the remake:

    Adam Sandler – Atticus
    Scout – Justin Bieber
    Jem – Joseph Gordon-Levitt
    Will Ferrell – Boo Radley
    Tom Robinson – Martin Lawrence
    Calpurnia – Martin Lawrence

    Really good movie! I haven't seen it in years, though I have it on DVD. This movie got me into classics in the first place!
