    Does your dog or cat think it can talk?


    We have a cat and there's no thinking about it, she DOES talk, she has a small vocabulary, her favorite word of course is "NO!", but she also says "Hello", once she said "Mommy!" and a couple of times she has let out very clear "Uh-oh"'s.

    Are cats aren't that articulate but they definitely make their feelings known.

    Yeah....I hear him conspiring against me daily. He thinks I can't understand, but the Dog Whisperer is a close personal friend of mine.
