    How's everyone been? I have been dealing with my insomnia and just and emotional roller coaster, but I got some more sleep last night and am starting to feel better. My weight loss seems to have stopped as well. Not that I'm not happy to lose weight but 13 pounds in 9 days is a lot for someone who only started at 126!

    So how has everyone else been?? I'm so out of touch!

    Hope you got the sleep you needed. I'm battling a cold, so I've been sleep all day myself.

    I'm tired but it's been an awesome week for me, though work was crazy. The kids seem to have gotten spring fever and forgotten all of the rules.

    Hope you get over the insomnia soon!

    I'm very glad you're feeling better. Hope your sleep cycle continues to improve. As for your weight loss, I'm willing to bet it's mostly dehydration. While you may have lost some body fat, to lose 13 lbs in 9 days you're talking about a daily calorie deficit of about 5,000 calories.

    You are probably right! But I'm fitting back into my size twos...IDK I went to the doc, going to get my thyroid checked or something!
