    Hormel chili with no beans. Add melted cheese to it instead and it's delightful.

    Love it, love it, love it. I make a pretty good batch myself but one of the best I ever tasted was when we visited my brother-in-law in Austin years ago. We ate very well that whole visit but I made up my mind that I wasn't leaving until I had authentic Texas chili so he took us to the Texas Chili Parlor. The place didn't look like much as I recall but wellllllllll doggies them was some good eats! I go right to the chili section of the menu and I see it only goes up to "3 alarm". I asked the waitress if I can get it any hotter and she drawls back, "Oh sure. Cook luvs to do thayt!" He made me sweat but he couldn't make me scream.

    I love chili. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of it, throw in a few crackers. That's good eating!

    Yep. Prefer it without beans, unless it's Wendy's chilli. And I NEVER fucks with chilli in a can. That's mince meat.
