Tomatoes, red onion, sunflower seeds, shredded carrots, cheese, maybe some crumbled bacon & Hidden Valley Ranch. NO iceberg lettuce.

In a regular salad with olive oil and vinegar I put tomatoes and olives and sometimes slivers of carrots and beets.
I have a special salad I make sometimes that is really refreshing, I use lettuce, chicken (perdue the one that comes sliced in the package) dried cranberries and a diced apple. Instead of vinegar I squeeze about 3 lemons. I season it with olive oil, a little salt, garlic and onion powder and pour the lemon juice over it and toss it. It really is tasty and its good to have for a dinner.

It's imperative that it has tomatoes. And not those sorry ass cherry tomatoes either. Lettuce, cucumbers, shredded carrots and maybe some shredded red cabbage and bacon bits. Onions you can keep and I don't care for cheese on my salad. Gotta have Italian dressing. And that's about it.

i LOVE salad, love it best with romaine lettuce, croutons, olives, tomatoes, cheese, broccoli, ham, cauliflower,..i know theres more just got brain fart right now...
top it off with italian dressing or raspberry vinagrette

The kind I eat are very simple, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, WHOLE lot of Ranch dressing.

I have a daily salad for supper, usually very simple, just lettuce (Romaine) and plum tomato. Greek Black Olives and Feta cheese are staples with Balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
At a salad bar I put almost every kind of salad friendly stuff on it and will use Ranch or creamy Italian dressing.

I love salads if there's a lot of stuff in them - I like lettuce, ham, turkey, bacon, cheese and hard-boiled eggs with Ranch dressing.

My favorite is a good Caesar salad with lots of garlic and pepper.
Otherwise, I like any sort of leafy green lettuce and/or spinach. I guess I usually wind up using tomatoes (I prefer the little cherry or grape tomatoes), red onion, strips of bell pepper, carrots....that's about it. I like oil and vinegar or Thousand Island dressing the best.
Sometimes we'll do an iceberg wedge salad with lots of bleu cheese and bacon pieces.

I like chicken breast, lettuce, cheese, ranch dressing, tomato, sunflower seeds. I used to like beets in it, but now I find I can't stand the taste of those.

I love salad - what I put in it varies by season. I love putting dried cranberries in, or slices of fresh fruit mushrooms, spouts, toasted almonds, seeds, chicken breast, cheese, and I'm sure I"m forgetting ingredients.
