Actually the whole scene was pretty stupid, Tess gets an anullment in 5 minutes and then Marries Cutter, it just dosen't work that way so not only did Ford and Brody look stupid, so did Tess and Cutter. Thank you writers for thinking we are stupid enough to believe that nonsense.

Everything about this Jessica/Tess storyline is stupid. I can 't wait until Cutter realizes that marrying Tess isn't going to land him the cash his greedy bastard self thought it would.
