Jaycee Dugard to publish book

I think this will be an interesting read. I would love to know how she kept going and how she feels about authorities who really dropped the ball when visiting the home.

I have to admit to a brain fart. Her name was very familiar but I had to click on the link to be reminded of who she is.

Poor girl. I hope she will be able to get beyond everything that happened to her & have a happy life.

I'd buy the book more to support her than anything but yeah - i think it will be a very interesting story on survival!!!

This is a little boy I've been praying for for 20 years. Stories like Jaycee's remind me not to give up. I still remember when he went missing and how scared it made so many of us and our parents.

I finished this book Sunday. Pretty good book. She doesn't go into a lot of detail about how she feels about authorities. Basically, the whole book is about life in the tent. I was initially surprised, but realistically, that is all she knows, and you write what you know. She does speak a bit about life before and after the years held captive and it seems like she is really having a rough go of things in getting reunified. Very sad.
