    For me the best is a tie between Sunday and Wednesday. The worse is Monday.

    I hardly even watch TV, but I would say Sunday is the best because of the Discovery Channel. I really liked the Life series and I'm always watching something on that channel about space, asteroids, planets, etc.

    I think the worse for me is Thursday. What makes it worse is that it's always been an overhyped TV night but I still just can't find anything on that night that I wanna bother with.

    Best: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday
    Worse: Monday, Saturday

    I remember when Saturday USED to be a good TV night. Now it's just known for COPS.
