Day 2 of the musical was worse

When I said I was not going to have anything to do with this mess, I meant it.

I don't think its too bad I have been enjoying a little vacation from the norm of the show, I ff a couple of things but for the most part have been watching it.

I just wanna know HOW is the show affording to use all these songs? BEP's I Got the Feeling was a mega hit last summer and is probably still on the charts. Those rights couldn't have come cheap.

I was thinking the same thing. But look at Glee and all the covers they record. Maybe the publishers just see it as extra advertising and don't charge that much.

It's not quite as bad as I anticipated it would be, but close enough. I'm glad it's winding down today. As far as why they're doing it, I think they're doing it to attract the teen demo that watches Glee. Sort of ridiculous though because those kids aren't gonna suddenly start watching OLTL if they don't already. The worse things soaps ever did was start pandering to teen audiences because not only does it not work, but I think it drives away the adult viewers. When I was a kid, my favorite characters were the adults - not the teens. Actually I remember not liking the kids at the time. I was always into Viki, Dorian, Max, etc., etc.

What irritates me the most about it are all of these new kids they recruited to flesh it out.

Well,its over and maybe now the grown-ups can return with some adult sls and maybe Jessica will finally tuck in those pouty lips and grow the hell up,and Nat can remember that she's supposed to be in mourning and,yeah,well,I can dream. :drunken:

They returned the rented tap shoes, and the mics have been unplugged. We get the show back today.
