Certain songs. Parts of certain movies. Not often, but every now and then maybe some real-life tragedy I see in the news.

Mostly some movies with sad themes or even certain scenes, which are not so sad in themselves but trigger a response.
For some years after Brenda died I would get these triggers watching DVDs (alone thankfully) and go into sobbing episodes. Was worried that such would ever happen in a theater, but it hasn't. That seems to have waned now, a decade after her passing.

I cry a lot. I am just a really emotional person. So, everything from a sad song to a happy/emotional commercial gets me! The strangest thing that makes me cry is live music. Sometimes, when a band is really on, and sound amazing, it is really emotional to me.
