If I can get fresh or frozen I'll do that first. But if not, canned it is.

That's funny, I had planned to do a thread asking how much of the food people eat COMES from cans...our back room and our basement looks, I guess like a 1950s grocery store, everything canned: peas, lima beans, spinach, asparagus, artichoke hearts, spaghetti, tuna, baked beans, olives, cranberry sauce, etc.

Yep I like canned foods. I like Peas and Carrots and Corn and pineapple chunks too

I do like a variety of canned foods, most used for cooking recipes like soups and vegetables.

I like beans, creamed corn and peas that are canned. I used to like those Franco-American macaroni and cheese that used to have the giant noodles that came in a can, but they don't seem to make those anymore.

I get those small cans that I can eat in one serving of cut green beans and peas all the time as well as fruit cocktail.
I will increase my supply as the hurricane season has started and we could be without electricity for some time and that will be my vege food source.
I have a gas stove so I could cook stuff, which would be nice because I could not find a canned source of pasta that I liked. Tried one canned spaghetti & cheese but the tomato sauce was too sweet - like they made it for kids. So I will likely live on mac & cheese from a package cooked stovetop if without electricity.
I do not like canned spinach or okra, but most other canned veges work for me.

Depends on what it is. Canned vegetables I can do. Canned fruit, if it's in it's own juice, I can do. Canned chilli or meat.....nope.

There are some canned foods I like and they def. do in a pinch or when I can't get fresh or frozen.
