    Anthony Wiener is expected to announce his resignation today, during OLTL's timeslot. frustrated

    Yeah, it wasn't so bad. Wiener came in about twenty minutes into the show, and his press conference only lasted about ten minutes. The last half hour of the show aired.

    It's reasons like this that make me glad I watch OLTL On a Canadian station. With the exception of breaking news that interrupts ALL news stations (9-11), outside of extreme situations, the Canadian stations confine news to the commercials, telling us to tune in to the News Hour. I can only think of one time when Canadian programming was interrupted during daytime hours, unless it was something that interrupted ALL feeds, like in the week of Sept. 11th
