I take off my wet clothes from biking home. (Or from running as soon as I got home)
Turn on the computer.
Get some cold water and saltines and play on the computer until the news comes on.

Turn on the TV immediately! Then get washed up and put on my pajamas. Watch TV or read til bed.

Depends on what day of the week it is. A shower if I went to the gym after work. I do laundry Thursday and Fridays. Otherwise it's change clothes and have dinner. Read or catch up on our shows.
