Rebel Without a Cause, it's very transparent but it's in the film, somewhere. 
It was originally supposed to be very heavily in there because one earlier script treatment had Jim and Judy acting out a Romeo and Juliet fantasy and killing themselves together.

West Side Story was a direct lifting of the play's theme, but that story is universal.
Adolescents being forbidden by their parents or culture from being lovers, but defy the ban and hook up anyhow. Most of the time they don't have to die for it (Like I did in Turkey).
I guess the definitive movie is Zeffirelli's doing the play itself in 1968.
