Has anybody here ever read the Egyptian Book of the Dead? The first time I ever heard that mentioned was when I was 9 and first saw Halloweentown and I thought it was something the girl in it had made up. And then I found out it was real and then I was thinking where would she get that from? I doubt that a lot of libraries would cover it but I don't know, I know ours doesn't or at least I don't think so. Come to think of it I don't recall ours having a section on ancient Egypt, but I'm thinking it might be something worth looking into.

Yeah I have heard of it. Its supposed to be a book of spells that would assist the dead into the afterlife or something like that.

Charming. I wonder what the Tibetan Book of the Dead has to offer.
