| Which are you more likely to put on a cut or a bite?
Peroxide, it's cheaper, it hardly stings, and it's not flammable.

| Mosquito bite, alcohol. Between the two on a cut I'd go with peroxide but usually just use an antibiotic ointment. | |

Peroxide, it's cheaper, it hardly stings, and it's not flammable. Actually, it is flammable, or rather an oxidant, which can feed flames. It is considered a high risk flammable by fire departments and has to be declared in large storage, just like alcohol. Oh, put them together and they could really be a problem.
For large abrasions I use peroxide because alcohol would be extremely painful on that. I often use alcohol on cuts because that is more readily available than peroxide.

| Neither - after washing with soap, I'll use either Manuka honey if I can slap a bandage on or I'll use something like Polysporin. | |

Peroxide stings, alcohol makes you invent new words.
