    Kelly Ripa sounds cheap. If it was her idea to go out, then she can pony up at least half the bill, unless he insists on paying the whole thing.

    Works for me. If he wants to pay for it all, I won't refuse! But I wouldn't go out with someone and expect them to pick up the entire check. I'm always prepared to go pay for my share.
