    Shrugs (Oh well…) I don't know..

    other than my roommates two kids, I don't pay attention to any other kids in neighborhood.

    There always have been in the complex we live in but only within the past year or so have there been any in our immediate area. We hardly get any trick or treaters at Halloween.

    I live in an apartment complex. There are some kids, but not an inordinate amount. It's mostly 20-30 somethings.
