You mean baby teeth? All of mine were pulled, 'falling out' was never even an acknowledged concept.

About 17 so far.
Some came out easier than others. A couple broke off and had to be cleaned out with a bone file. Didn't hurt but sounds painful scraping away.

Several. 4 impacted wisdom teeth after the braces finaly came off and 2(?) years before that to make room in my mouth to straighten the other teeth.
