If you are dating someone who says they aren’t ready to commit, would you wait? How long?

Re: Wait time for commitment
This presumes that you're looking for a long term commitment yourself? If the person said they weren't ready to commit I wouldn't wait around that long waiting for them to change their mind.

Re: Wait time for commitment
I think it depends on why they are not ready. If it is for them to be afforded time to play the field, my wait time would be drastically less.

Re: Wait time for commitment
Well, if I was the one seriously looking for a long term relationship, then my wait time would be pretty short. I will move on with my life. If it was just casual dating, then it will fizzle or blossom whenever.
