Do you ever anticipate or rehearse conversations in your head or out loud with people real or fake? I've been doing this since as long as I can remember. Like if I got a interview coming up or something, I anticipate the questions and "practice" out loud what I'm gonna say or how I wanna sound.

Yep. I have a co-worker who has full conversations with himself. Me and my other co-workers has caught him doing this several times. He would laugh at the punchline at his own jokes while conversing with himself. That nigga's off.

If I need to memorize something, like a speech, then I will voice it out loud to myself.
