The Crying Game (1992)

Did you see The Crying Game? Way back when it was released to VHS in the early 90s, I rented it from the video store, but it didn't hold my attention and I couldn't easily follow it.

I saw it once. I remember Forest Whitaker being in it and being in love with a transvestite..

My sister loved it, the song played constantly on the radio and everyone talked about a huge "SURPRISE"

I kept waiting and waiting for it. After the movie i asked my sis "what the hell was the surprise????" she said that he was in love with with a "woman" who had a "dick".... and i said, "you and the audience really didnt know that was a man from the beginning?? really?"

You think that's bad, W2L, I read that the guy who played the tranvestite, got the flu during filming, and a doctor was brought out to look at him, it was done in the actor's very small dressing room, and the doctor said to the director 'have you considered the possibility that she may be pregnant?' and everybody laughed at him and the doctor didn't get it!
