    Sure, it doesn't smell too hot once you eat it, but that doesn't mean it's not delicious. Are you a fan of garlic-filled dishes?

    It is a very good ingredient in many foods that I have become fond of. I was not raised in a garlic eating culture (Midwest meat & potatoes). My first exposure to it was kissing my Turkish GF. (A great way to acquire a taste for something).

    I have eaten thin slices of it raw on buttered bread. Hot and delicious. And it repels more than vampires.     Blue Cool
