That looks like too much garlic. I'd rather have garlic bread on the side.

I wouldn't have cooked it but if it was served to me somewhere I would definitely eat it and probably enjoy it.

Looks like spaghetti ala oila (spaghetti with olive oil and garlic) which is quite tasty, I usually have that on Christmas Eve. The greens look like they added Basil to the dish.
