If you just want a burger the cheapest is probably Steak n Shake. Everything else will probably be locally owned. Most Chinese buffet type places I've been to are not too bad. The really good one here is about $10

A hot dog stand in Manhattan...You can get two dogs and a soda for under 5 bucks.

Those Little Ceasers $5 Hot-n-Ready's are about the cheapest I can think of. It's not great pizza, but it's very filling for the price.

I got one of those this weekend.. i've had better, but for the price I can't complain.

Any fast food joint with a dollar menu especially if you don't go with their beverage. I can get filled up on about $3 + tax.
