Do you consume any food products that are marketed as diet/low fat/low calorie on a regular basis?

Yes, when I have the option I get the reduced fat product. I buy 2% milk & cheese, reduced fat Oreos, fat free crackers and Fig Newtons.

The only time low fat is an option is when the alternative is no fat, like yogurt, that stuff with the aspartame in it Vomit rest of the time hell no, we take the whole stuff.

Not really. Most of the time, that shit is just as 'fattening' as the regular stuff.
