    In the past decade or so, there's been a heavy societal push to not impose gender norms and expectations on people, children especially; do you agree with this? Is imposing gender norms on children ever a good idea?

    This anti-gender norm thing is a bunch of PC garbage that will only end up confusing the kid more in the long one.

    I never pushed anything on my son. I let him just be a kid. I really don't know what he did when he was with his mother, but when he stayed with me, he always did boy stuff. It was just natural.

    I can't stand those super neutral parents who try to not steer their children in any given way, thinking that it will infringe on who they are. Part of being a parent is helping shape their identity. If I had a son or a daughter, I wouldn't INSIST that he plays ball or that she plays with dolls, but I WOULD encourage it.
