are there any movie scenes that make you emotional, pump you up, or make you cry? what are they and how do they make you feel?

One scene that makes me cry is steel magnolias at shelby's funeral

in the rock when the navy seals are being slaughtered

and scenes that make me cheer are the presidential speeches in independence day and american president

I don't get emotional like that during a movies. I think it only happened twice:

I teared up during the crucifixion scene in The Passion of the Christ.

I was bawling during the scene in Radio when Cuba's character found out his mother passed away.

The ending of Thelma & Louise definitely.

Also, Al Pacino's 'opening statement' in And Justice for All

going back to an older movie, The Bat with Vincent Price and Agnes Moorehead, when the garage is on fire and she reveals it was a trick by the Bat to get them out and that he'll kill again before the police get there if they get in his way, that they have to be as clever as he is. The way she said it was absolutely chilling.

The only movie I've ever cried at was The Green Mile, and that was near the end when Tom Hanks was putting the necklace back on Michael Duncan Clarke's neck...
