Are there any books or magazines that are targeted to the opposite sex that you regularly read?

Not at all. Unless a person counts motocross mags as being targeted for males, which they probably do as my son just asked me this week, upon looking at an ad in this month's AMA mag, "Mom, do you think she knew what motocross was before she went to get her picture taken with the bike?" LOL.

And trust me, it wasn't a cute moment...he's 12...he was getting my goat.

Civil War Times I think, laughing I avoid women's magazines like the plague, and men's magazines...it's all sports, cars, trucks, hunting, wrestling, etc., no real interests there either, but like 'historical' magazines, I don't know who generally buys those, but I do.

As for books...again, what's generally put out for women, I don't touch, romance novels are a large part of it, to which I'm very 'oh HELL no', no, I need something with actual substance for it, I prefer nice little bloody murder stories.

Outside of flipping through a copy of Ladies Home Journal in the doctor's waiting room? Not really.

When I was younger I had a subscription to Playgirl Magazine. Playgirl claimed to know that 10% of its readers were male but everyone suspected it was a much higher number. Blue Cool

i guess they figure women dont like cars. stuff/maxim can be quite funny but they are basically the cosmo for men
