Like on those Comedy Central Friars Club roasts, where the guest of honor takes a seat on stage and the rest of the guests get up there and clowns them. Would you be able to endure for something like that?

As long as it's people I like & respect I'd be good with it. Not as sure if it were people I don't like or worse.

Yes, I have seen that. A going away party for a former boss. Our IT guy got us to participate in a roast and since I was his friend my barbs were good natured and honest. However, the IT guy got really nasty and I realized that those things are a safe place for ppl who don't like you and want to say really hurtful stuff and get away with it.

I'd be grabbing the mic from them and showing them how to really put me down cause I don't think anybody else could really create a truly funny spoof of FM but FM.

I could only tolerate it from people who I have a bond, or kinship, with…whose words would be mostly teasing. Then only for a few fleeting moments.
