It took me a few months to furnish, I got most of my stuff from local furniture stores. Recently I bought some stuff from Raymour and Flanigan.

Our first place took a couple of months and it's been evolving ever since.

A few months. Mostly because I was being selective about what I wanted, how much I was willing to spend, browsing various stores, etc.

I've had the same furniture for over a decade. All the places I have lived were about the same size and layout, so the furniture goes back to the same space in the new apt.

It took about a year to get everything there and situated just how I (we) like it. The biggest problem was me and my BF disagreeing on the arrangements.
