Only since I learned how to walk. Actually I think I did more of it when I was 2 years old than I have in recent years, but it still happens on occasion, and more commonly falling UP.

Twice, as an adult. And both times were due to ice on the steps.

Once, I fell down the last few steps of a flight of stairs that were by the front door of my grandma's house. Then she actually yelled at me for doing that like I embarrassed her.

Yep! My bedroom is on the 3rd floor of my house and my washer and dryer are on the first floor. I was trying to take the laundry basket and the comforter down the stairs and comforter went under my foot and my ass hit every single stair from the 3rd to the 2nd floor. Thank God I'm good shape, but I had coccyx pain for over a year and a half after that.

Re: Have You Ever Fallen Down Stairs?
Yes I did. It was on escalator. I had just stepped into one going down. Right after I did I realize I forgot something so I turned around and started to step up fast without realizing that the steps were almost flat at that point so I put my foot to high to step and fell down and hit my shin again that moving steps tearing my pants.Marc™ wrote:

I got up and step at the right height to get out of the escalator. It was painful!
