You always hear about patients who don't always tell their doctors the truth about if they take medication, what they eat, etc., do you ever do that, only give them part of the details?

When the doctor asks how things are going my standard answer is always "fine" regardless. But when it comes to the medical/health issues I'm honest.

I give them as much information that I can. It's fucking idiotic not to tell your doctor the truth about your meds, etc.

Can't say that I have, although there have been plenty of times when I realized that I forgot to mention something (even with it written on a piece of paper). However, not about meds. I think I'm pretty honest with doctors.
