Do you get to move around a lot or are you on your butt most of the day or standing in a 3'x3' piece of the floor for the most part?

Most of my work is at the computer, but I have some stand up duties at the copier and I take the opportunity to walk to other offices instead of calling.

When I work the overnights, I pretty much sit on my ass. I get up and move around so I won't fall asleep at computer.

When I work the morning shift, I stay on my feet and moved around a hell of a lot more.
