I was up until a couple of years ago and now with my ankle being as sensitive as it is, I have to be careful what I do.

That is a relative term. I don't do sports but I do a little upper body exercise and bike 12 miles every day and periodically run a mile or so.

I have an athletic build, even thoitugh I don't play sports like that on a regular basis. I wouldn't be the lousiest person on the team.

Nope, not at all. In my mid-to-late 30's I was a pretty avid hiker with more endurance than most people. Health changes put the breaks on that one.

I'm still pretty active but my knees don't allow for things like basketball or football anymore. I still have a pretty good arm though.

I've been more athletic in the past than I am today, but I still am to a certain extent.
