Not really irritating, but my oldest sister can get pretty damn loud. Also a cousin of mine, o my goodness, this chick was asked to keep it down in a damn bar!!

No all of my family speak pretty normal, I might have a cousin or two that speaks a bit on the obnoxious side but the immediate family we are all normal speakers.

I have one sister-in-law who has a very gravelly, high-pitched voice, and she talks very LOUD. Always has. She's also very brash and has a tendency to piss people off, including myself.

My cousin Mona. I was just reminded of that yesterday when she called up- she was all mad about something that was going on with her brother in law and was practially screaming over the phone.
