HomeMy neighbor and I went to the bowling alley today for the first time in several months, and for once luck was on my side. For the first time in my life I won a game, I won BOTH games, and I got 3 strikes in the first game. I got a strike the first time, but the lane wasn't switched on, so I thought it was for nothing, but fortunately the thing kept it as my first score. So now my highest score in bowling so far is 89, I'm hoping at this rate by the time my prodigal bowling nephew comes back to visit, I can finally win a game against him as well.

I don't think there are any bowling alleys around here, it would be nice to go bowling sometime.

You mean where you live out on the island? Because there are plenty of bowling alleys in NY. You should check out the one on 42nd St/Port Authority. Very nice and chill place, it's a regular spot for me and some of my friends. It's a bowling alley and a club. I like them better than Chelsea Piers and Bowlmor Lanes.
