I wouldn't trust a large corporation in a million years.

There is corruption everywhere and anyone can be bought....but the core values of what the union is SUPPOSED to be is what I would go with first.

Both can be corrupt. A union will look after your interests at least to some extent. The corporation doesn't give a damn about you. Their profit is all that matters. All you are is something that can easily be replaced.

I wouldn't trust my union even if I was a member of one and no corporation that I know of is going to put my interest ahead of their bottom line.

Because I'm management now, I am no longer in the regular nurses union, but when I was I definitely trusted them over the hospital administration and the corp as a whole.
I think unions are good as a whole, but it just depends on the union itself. I trust them over corporations.

Well, I'm a union worker. I think I'm pretty trust worthy.
