| I've tasted their shakes. They weren't as bad as I'd thought they'd be....but nah. Don't fuck with Slim Fast or any other "weight loss" food. Just be mindful and control your portions. | |

| I like the dark chocolate royale old school shakes, one of my favorite treats at work was to pop one in the freezer for a while and hope I caught it before it went from slush to ice block! They're not too economical right now, though, and I wouldn't suggest using it as a meal replacement. | |
