Scoops & Spoilers
Previews for the week of 10-Oct-2011
by Carol Banks Weber

  • Téa can’t help but flinch at the sight of Todd loving on Blair, because it reminds her of what she can never have again with the late Victor.

  • Shunting aside her discomfort, Téa reports her inability to free Tomas or Starr when speaking with Blair.

  • Todd thinks about the pluses of giving up and going back to the cops, let the law handle this.

  • Téa allows herself to go back in time to when she had better days inside this cabin.

  • Téa and Todd go over the list of suspects in Victor’s murder, when they arrive at a possible, different motive in another death (Gigi’s).

  • Téa and Todd consider the likelihood Rex shot Victor.

  • Todd frets over his son Jack’s torment, as well as the boy’s vulnerable position as the next target.

  • Téa puts Bo up to interrogating Rex as a suspect in Victor’s killing.

  • Bo must try to get either a confession or an outright denial about the Victor murder out of Rex.

  • Rex swears to Bo he wasn’t the one who shot Victor dead.

  • Starr presses Jack to admit he committed perjury by claiming Todd killed Victor, and that he witnessed it.

  • Blair visits Todd again as a loving caretaker.

  • Téa states to Bo that her client Todd is fully prepares to turn himself in; however, they require an assurance first.

  • Téa starts to broker a mutually satisfying arrangement with Bo, on behalf of her client Todd.

  • Rex asks Gigi’s tombstone what she’s trying to convey to him with this last note.

  • Rex tries to get Madame Delphina to give him a major leg up by turning into a time machine. Rex thinks this psychic can give him the power to reverse time and save Gigi from perishing.

  • Shane stumbles upon the gun in question. Seeing this gun brings back memories of the night he might’ve witnessed a killing at Victor’s house.

  • Jack talks to his deceased father Victor at the cemetery, when Madame Delphina comes forward into the light.

  • Jack has to deal with psychic Madame Delphina, which proves unsettling. She sees right through him.

  • Blair comes out with it, with Jack, saying she thinks he’s full of it with his bogus testimony against Todd.

  • Blair tries again to nudge Jack into being forthcoming.

  • A gun-toting Shane takes up his issue with Jack at the cemetery.

  • Shane waves a gun at Jack, ordering the former bully to come clean about causing Gigi’s end.

  • Rex finds out Echo’s and Roxy’s latest machinations over the gun by spying on them.

  • Rex makes Echo and Roxy admit they believe he’s guilty of committing murder against Victor.

  • Rex and Echo begin to panic severely when they fail to unearth that gun.

  • Believing Shane capable of gunning Victor down, Rex, Echo, and Roxy really let panic take over.

  • When Bo interrogates Rex about Victor’s murder, Rex does everything he can to not give Shane away.

  • Shane gears himself up to dispense a major lead to Rex and Bo.

  • Rex and Bo come upon Shane and Jack in a tense situation at the cemetery.

  • Shane uploads his version of events (in Victor’s murder) to Bo and Rex.

  • Blair harangues Bo to book ‘em Dano, against Shane on charges of going after Jack with a gun.

  • Rex and Shane review ruefully their roles as secret keepers for no earthly reason, then vow they will knock this off and move forward—no more keeping things from each other, no more suspecting the other, and no more spooky spirits.

  • Rex and Shane come together, as family, when they need to most.

  • Dani keeps something from Téa by bearing false witness.

  • Téa leaves Dani out of the loop.

  • Nate seeks atonement with Dani for doing the porno, “Hold The Diploma.”

  • Irene hounds a beleaguered Todd.

  • Blair works on Tomas to reverse course, but of course she cannot make a ding.

  • John tries to get Brody to be forthcoming.

  • Vimal says something odd to Shaun, about the culprit already hanging around the cops.

  • Reports of Brody and Natalie’s engagement set Roxy’s teeth on edge.

  • Jessica thinks about letting the cat (Liam is your son, not Brody’s!) out of the bag with John. Don’t worry, John will know soon enough.

  • Tina and Cord babysit Ryder, and get a little physical.

  • Clint passes along the bit about arguing with Cord to Viki.

  • Viki contemplates whether Clint would rather take back up with Kim, and if he’s bummed she left town again.

  • Kim? Clint pursues a curious line of questioning with Viki, as to whether she’s ready to get back on the market.

  • Aubrey feels crestfallen, because she is made aware of Cutter’s betrayal: he acted like he handed the found gun in to the police when he didn’t.

  • Aubrey ends things verbally with Cutter.

  • Aubrey goes to Bo to out all she knows about the gun.

  • Aubrey fills in the blanks about her split with Cutter to a sympathetic Rama.

  • Rama tries to ease Aubrey’s suffering as a friend.

  • Aubrey informs Rama also that Kim’s made her way back.

  • Rama uses this information to go after Kim for that IOU.

  • Kim uses (Stacy?) her hospitalized friend in Kentucky as a sounding board, while thinking out loud about dispensing some justice on Echo and Roxy.

  • Echo assures Roxy that Rex should be safe from prying policemen’s eyes, since it’s Todd they really want for Victor’s death.

  • Kim goes after Echo and Roxy, with the ends justifying the means in mind.

  • Kim stipulates to Echo and Roxy that she will ruin them by handing over the gun to proper authorities, if they don’t act fast to please her.

  • Echo comes close to spilling her guts about everything to her son Rex.

  • The latest series of events opens Kim’s eyes.

  • Rama means to collect on her IOU from Kim.

  • Cutter reverts to con artist type, dragging Rama or Kim into his next con by coercion.

  • Cutter tries to coerce Kim to hand over the forged documents she got from Echo.

  • Kim hands over a fortune in damaging information to her brother Cutter, leaving him with a decided advantage when dealing with the Buchanan clan.

  • Rama has Cutter rendezvous with her at the Spotted Pony, where she lays him out as a doomed man.

  • Rama promises Cutter he will spend the rest of his life behind bars for what he’s done.

  • At the sound of Kim walking in, Rama turns and starts ranting about payback and the law.

  • Kim’s hospitalized buddy shows signs of stirring. Oh look, she opened her eyes!

  • Next week: Everyone is relieved of the Victor murder mystery when the culprit is pointed out… Mayor Finn disputes with Bo… John intends to take Brody’s weapon and have it dusted… Starr gets to be with her dad again after all this time and turmoil… Tina tries to make peace with Natalie.
