Who watched it? It was decent but kind of hokey....it's not NYPD Blue, Cold Case or L&O. Doesn't have the "edge" that most cop shows do. If it graduates to the fall lineup, I could see it perhaps lasting a season or so, but not too much longer.

I liked the female rookie who kept botching things up. Her heart was in the right place, even if she was all thumbs. I bet there's gonna be a relationship between her and the undercover cop whose case she blew.

I liked it but didn't love it. It seemed like it was trying to be "Grey's Anatomy" with cops. McNally even sounds like a Grey's name and I imagine she is supposed to be this show's Meredith Grey. The problem is that, despite the similar 3 girl/2 guy rookie setup, these characters just aren't as interesting.
I don't see it becoming a smash hit, but it might stick around a bit.

It was ok, but just ok. I didn't love it either. I'll watch another episode or so, just to see if it improves any, but it's not Must-See-TV.

ABC's Rookie Blue has been renewed, the network announced Monday.
The cop drama, which debuted three weeks ago, has fared decently in its time slot (Thursdays at 9/8c), second to So You Think You Can Dance on Fox. The show has been averaging 7.1 million viewers.

"We're very pleased that the show has connected with viewers, especially considering the challenge of finding an audience in the summer, and are excited to pick it up for a second season," said Quinn Taylor, ABC's senior vice president of movies, miniseries and acquisitions.
Rookie Blue will return to production later this summer in Toronto, though the network didn't indicate when the show might return after its first 13 episodes run.
Still waiting for word on a second season are other new summer series The Gates and Scoundrels.
