Many things, including the outside. If I could win just $20,000 in a lottery or something, I'd fix and change those things to my liking. But, as much as I hate the bathroom and would love to expand it, there's really no way to do that without compromising the small yard in back.
All the railroad ties that terrace my front garden would be replaced with manor stone. I'd get rid of the leather couch I hate for something NOT leather. Reface the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and perhaps have a spare room built over the garage area.

Not really. I wouldn't mind my bedroom being a bit bigger though.

The design of the kitchen cupboards sucks. I would like them to be more practical.

Very bad. It's grayish white and very spotted from dirt that's been tracked in from peoples shoes. I don't need it there anyways. I'd be fine with having bare floor steps.

Slightly bigger bedrooom, and an entrance to my bathroom from my bedroom.
