    I have been so lucky with online ordering except for one time. I ordered motorcycle graphics and they had to be sent to the hotel in the state we were racing at due to the timing of the ordering. They were not there so they had to overnight them, and the problem was their fault but they still charged me over $40 to get them there overnight which I was told would not happen.

    I don't order online often, but y'know, I've had good luck. Tonight I ordered a couple of cds from a music store in New Orleans because I couldn't find them locally, and one was cheaper than from Amazon.

    I had a couple of unhappy purchases from Ebay because of sellers who weren't responsive. But that's about it.

    Knock on wood we've always had pretty good luck. Maybe the catalogs and email they keep sending after. Not that big a deal.

    I'm actually never ordering online again, after ordering a charger from amazon that didn't work... turned me off completely from ordering online.

    Amazon has a 5 time claim guarantee. I've only had to use it once. But they will refund your money.

    Yep. Never had a problem with Amazon. They refunded me my money in full when my item got lost in the mail and I never received it. All I had to do was tell them I didn't get it. AND they refunded my money when these cables I ordered didn't work properly. I didn't even have to send them back.

    Shipping costs and wait time (if you don't select the more expensive expedite shipping.) About a month ago I ordered a book my daughter needed for school online, and it took over a week for it to finally be delivered.

    I've had good experience ordering online. Once a DVD didn't show up - they sent me a replacement, then the original eventually did arrive & I had the hassle of sending it back. Otherwise I have received my orders from China and all over the U.S. with no problems.

    We're still waiting for something. Long waits and high shipping costs are the worst, and product damage too. For such a beneficial thing, it's got a lot of possible drawbacks.

    The charger came with some sort of disclaimer, which I didn't read, before ordering online. Basically saying that I'm shit out of luck if this product did not work. I can't remember word for word what the paper said. It's at home, so when I get back I'll post what it had said.

    I have had pretty good experience with ordering online. It's usually guaranteed. Just have to be patient enough to wait for shipping. If there's ever been an issue, it was cost and comparison shopping. No horror stories though.

    For the most part, I've had good experiences ordering online. There have been a few times when items I ordered took longer than expected to be delivered.
