Waiting on the Hangover Part 2 & the second season of Justified. What I love about the pre-order, at least with Amazon is once you pre-order it you get it for the lowest price between ordering & shipping time. Hangover Part 2 has dropped in price once already.

Mostly DVD movies. Yes I pre-ordered Season 10 of Smallville Blu Ray. I ordered it in May and it won't be shipped until sometime in December.

I sometimes that preorder certain DVD sets or books that I know stores in my area likely will not sell.

It's rare that I do. If it's something new on the market, then they'll make a billion of them so I don't need to preorder anything. If they run out, they'll have more in a few days later.
