LOL I don't think it was Todd at all, its just his imagination and his guilt that is making him think he killed Victor. I think the writers first wanted us to think it was Shane, then Brody and now with Todd admitting it, the killer is probably someone that is under our radar.

I think so too. Todd being the killer is a little too 'neat.' Irene (even in spirit form) is a master at fucking with the minds of her sons.
