Which way do you prefer your pancakes to be made? the scratch recipe is good for waffles but Jiffy mix makes the best pancakes.

That is the exact one I like, Buttermilk pancakes. I do cheat sometimes and buy Pillsbury frozen buttermilk pancakes, they are not so bad.
