My partner Jim was Aquarius with Taurus rising. My partner Brenda was Taurus with Cancer rising. IDK how any of that affected anything.
Jim seemed more bullheaded than water bearer and Brenda was not so pushy.

Most of my friends have been Librans. I also tend to attract a lot of Pisceans but I either get along with them well or not worth a damn.

I tend to not get along that great with other Virgos. Most of my friends have summer birthday's....circa May-July.

I tend to get along with Saggitarians, Cancerians and Scorpions. I do get along with my own sign Taurus as well.

I've only met one Taurus I don't get along with. I'm a Capricorn, and I'm supposed to blend with them well for the most part.
And I try to not like them, but those damn Aries pull me in each and every time! My bf is one (he's almost crossing into Taurus territory) and we butt heads about EVERYTHING!
I must add that I can't stand a Gemini lol.
