| It has happened and I almost always tell them. Two times I can remember that I didn't was at a Jack in the Box in Troy, NY. The person behind the counter was just too stoned. I was a broke college student at the time and just said fuck it. The other was getting into a Star Trek convention in NYC that a friend talked me into around the same time period. They wound up paying me $20 to attend. I've had to let some know that they short changed me too. People have no idea of how to count out change. | |
